Who is Ultius?

First impression? Ultius’s website looks like it’s straight out of the year 2000 (and we are being generous!). Ugh, guys, one word: UPDATE!

Although Ultius says they’re in the U.S., we should at least warn you that almost every foreign essay writing service claims to be in Delaware. That doesn’t mean they are foreign, but it at least raises some red flags.

They say they’ve been around for ten years, and we were able to confirm reviews back to 2013, so that’s good at least! Ultius gets 450 reviews on Sitejabber, but some of the negative ones claim their papers were plagiarized. You might want to check it out on sitejabber.com.

Trustpilot only shows 5 reviews, which isn’t many for Ultius being in business since 2010.

How Much is a Paper?

Let’s just say that the ordering process is tougher than taking your SAT’s. Just no reason in the world for it to be this hard. Then, when you finally get to the estimate, it’s higher than average by about $10 per page! That’s significant!

You don’t get to pick your own writer, which sucks, too.

Really, you can’t seem to communicate with anyone before ordering.

Best & Worst Findings:

The website is kind of a joke. They put no money into making it updated, user-friendly, or at all flowing. The ordering process is a joke. It takes forever and looks like it’s from one of the first computer systems known to man. To add insult to injury, the prices are high and you can’t pick your own writer or communicate with him/her before paying. No thanks!

Final Thoughts:

We can’t recommend Ultius. We’re not sure what the name even means! Anyway, we don’t judge by the name. There are enough other things to pause over. You can’t pick your writer. Very few reviews for being in business 10+ years. Outdated website. Difficult ordering process. No human element whatsoever when dealing with Ultius. After 10 years, you’d think they’d have this thing running like a well-oiled machine!
